Puma Disperse XT4 is a training shoe designed for gym and high intensity workouts, with a focus on being very light, stable and grippy for multi directional moves rather than for distance running.
The upper is a lightweight synthetic and textile mix that wraps the foot securely while keeping things breathable during intense sessions.
Underfoot, a PUMALITE midsole keeps the shoe feeling ultra light and cushioned enough for jumps and short runs between stations.
A PROTREAD rubber outsole is mapped for multi surface traction so you can move confidently on gym floors or outdoor training areas.
Inside, a SOFTFOAM Plus sockliner enhances comfort, making the shoe feel soft underfoot from warm up to cool down.
PUMALITE midsole cushioning: It is engineered to be ultra lightweight while still providing enough cushioning for jumps, short runs and dynamic drills.
SOFTFOAM Plus sockliner: A SOFTFOAM Plus sockliner sits directly under the foot to deliver step in softness and extra cushioning.
PROTREAD rubber outsole: The outsole uses PROTREAD, a rubber compound and tread design created for multi surface traction.

Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery
Using our Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery, your order should be with you as follows:
In Klang Valley areas: 1 - 4 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
In others states areas: 3 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery for West Malaysia is from RM12.
Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery for East Malaysia is from RM18.
