Upper Sole:The upper features a softer, more flexible dual layered mesh, giving a more accommodating and comfortable fit.
PWRRUN foam midsole: Saucony’s lightweight, responsive EVA based midsole foam used through the full length of the Guide 16.
PWRRUN plus sockliner: Guide 16 introduces a PWRRUN plus sockliner, a TPU based insole that adds extra plushness and softness directly underfoot.
Hollow Tech stability system: Hollow Tech is a plastic stability element integrated into the medial midfoot that replaces a bulky traditional dual density post.
Outer sole: The outsole uses softer blown rubber in the forefoot to aid swift, smooth transitions and grip, and firmer rubber or carbon rubber from midfoot to heel for durability and stability.
