Nike Metcon 10 Workout Shoes are cross training trainers built to deliver a blend of lifting stability and agile cushioning, aimed at athletes who mix heavy strength work and short runs.
They introduce ReactX foam and a reworked Hyperlift heel plate to make the shoe more comfortable and versatile than the Metcon 9.
Nike describes the Metcon 10 as a shoe that “powers your cross training potential,” optimizing stability for heavy lifts with an ultra strong Hyperlift plate while ReactX foam increases energy return and mobility.
Upper construction: The upper uses a breathable engineered mesh reinforced by haptic overlays in high wear zones to resist abrasion.
Midsole cushioning and Hyperlift plate: The Metcon 10 replaces older dual density EVA with a full length ReactX foam midsole that is more responsive and cushioned.
Outsole traction: A full rubber outsole with added breaks and flex grooves in the forefoot improves flexibility.

Using our Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery, your order should be with you as follows:
In Klang Valley areas: 1 - 4 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
In others states areas: 3 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery for West Malaysia is from RM12.
Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery for East Malaysia is from RM18.
