Nike Metcon 9 AMP Workout Shoes are premium cross training trainers built for athletes who mix heavy lifting with functional fitness and high intensity work.
They keep the hallmark flat stable base, Hyperlift heel plate and dual density cushioning that make the Metcon line popular for CrossFit and strength focused training.
Upper construction: The Metcon 9 AMP uses an engineered textile upper designed to withstand abrasion from rope climbs and dragging movements while remaining breathable.
Midsole cushioning: It retains the dual density drop in midsole, with firmer foam on the outer sidewalls and softer foam closer to the foot for a balance of stability and comfort.
Hyperlift stability: A key technical feature is the enlarged Hyperlift plate under the heel, a rigid TPU element that resists compression and helps maintain :heeled up feel under heavy barbell loads.
Outsole traction: The rubber outsole uses a grippy pattern with strong traction on gym surfaces.

In Klang Valley areas: 1 - 4 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
